The Economic Recovery Program, Item 8 of the World Agenda#, guarantees, in perpetuity, every owner’s property rights. The patent and copyright policies of old-style governments, which promise to protect property rights only for a limited time, are directly opposed to this Fair and Just property-rights guarantee. If the property is truly yours, why should anyone other than yourself, give it away?

A basic dictate in *Natural Law* is that “you cannot give what you do not own”. The government does not own your property, what right does it have to give it away?

Unfortunately for you as an intellectual property owner, there was no other patent and copyright protection available anywhere, when the old-style government wants to give your property away. This absence of alternatives means that property owners routinely see their property rights arbitrarily canceled, though these rights are clearly guaranteed by Natural Law.

The better-funded intellectual property owners, often at great expense to themselves, continue to make unnecessary “improvements” to their property and pay additional filing fees, all to secure another temporary extension of their patent or copyright. Yet, under Natural Law (and, consequently, under the World Agenda), all property owners are already entitled to perpetual protection.

The Teacher says, “The high-handed expropriation by old-style governments is unsatisfactory and unacceptable under Natural Law”.

Fortunately for all who believe in Fairness and Justice under Natural Law, there is a worldwide cultural organization dedicated to Nonviolent Peace, Good Deeds, Unconditional Love, and Prosperity for every Family. The cultural organization is the World Morning Star Association, also known as WeMSA.

As an ethical and nurturing organization with no hidden agenda, the World Morning Star Association is uniquely in a position to heal the worldwide cultural problem of the forcible cancellation of property rights. And it has.

The World Morning Star Association now provides the world’s only perpetual protection for intellectual property. WeMSA does this through a wholesome cooperation with three ethical and nurturing sovereign entities, namely, the Empire of Asia, the Empire of Europe, and the Empire of Nubia. These three Empires have no hidden agenda.

2. THE WeMSA SYSTEM OF PERPETUAL PATENTS AND COPYRIGHTS

The World Morning Star Association’s authority, under Natural Law, to provide a necessary cultural solution to a universal problem, has resulted in the WeMSA System of Patents and Copyrights. The WeMSA System of Perpetual Patents and Copyrights is abbreviated to ‘WeMSA SYPPAC’. Because of that abbreviation, the WeMSA System of Perpetual Patents and Copyrights is also known officially as ‘WeMSA Syppac’ (pronounced ‘sy-pak’).

Under Syppac, perpetual, worldwide patents and copyrights are issued by the Empire of Asia, the Empire of Europe, or the Empire of Nubia, to their respective members or their *International Guest*s, who file the required Application with the World Morning Star Association.

Every Perpetual Patent and Copyright Application is first checked for availability and recorded at the respective Empire’s *Unicore Center*. If available within that specific Empire, a request for worldwide protection is then submitted by the approving Empire’s Unicore Center to WeMSA’s *Unicore* (Uniform Code Registration). Upon verification of worldwide availability and recording, the requesting Empire issues the Patent or Copyright to its applying resident or International Guest.

The Perpetual Patents and Copyrights issued under Syppac are known as *Imperial Patents and Copyrights*, or Imperial Patents, for short. Once issued, the Imperial Patent is perpetual and effective worldwide. With Imperial Patents and Copyrights, there is no longer a need to file multiple applications for the same property as is required by old-style governments’ multiple, competing jurisdictions.

3. WHAT MAY BE PATENTED OR COPYRIGHTED

Intellectual property that can be patented or copyrighted include the following: an invention (such as a tool, a pharmaceutical item or a vitamin formulation), a novel manufacturing process (such as the manufacture of high speed computer chips), a novel service process (such as weight-loss systems), a unique training procedure (such as aerobic exercise or muscle building), any written material including books, essays, articles, poems, music, instructions, audio or video recordings, movies, maps, charts, artwork, business names, trademarks, logotypes, slogans, photographs, etc. When in doubt about whether your property is patentable or copyrightable, apply anyway. A patent or copyright will be issued only if the property can be patented or copyrighted. If it cannot, your fee will be promptly returned.

Here is an example of Imperial Patents and Copyrights, already issued: All items connected with *the Guide known as the Morning Star* are protected by Imperial Patents and Copyrights issued by the Empire of Nubia, and held by the Teacher#.

4. HOW SYPPAC PATENTS AND COPYRIGHTS ARE SIGNIFIED

The Perpetual Patent issued by the Empire of Asia is known as an Asian Imperial Patent, and is signified by AIP.

The Perpetual Patent issued by the Empire of Europe is known as a European Imperial Patent, and is signified by EIP.

The Perpetual Patent issued by the Empire of Nubia is known as a Nubian Imperial Patent. The Nubian Imperial Patent is shortened to Imperial Patent and signified by IP.

The AIP, EIP, or IP insignia are attached to the business name, product name, or slogan, as a subscript without a circle around the name or slogan. In a drawing, as in the case of the Image of the Morning Star, the insignia cannot, of course, be attached as a subscript. The Perpetual Copyright issued by the Empire of Asia is known as an Asian Imperial Copyright Perpetual, and is signified by Copyright Perpetual Asia.

The Perpetual Copyright issued by the Empire of Europe is known as a European Imperial Copyright Perpetual, and is signified by Copyright Perpetual Europe.

The Perpetual Copyright issued by the Empire of Nubia is known as a Nubian Copyright Perpetual, and is are signified by Copyright Perpetual, with no Empire’s name attached.

A property protected with an Imperial Copyright is marked thus: Copyright Perpetual (Name of Empire), Name of Property Owner. Examples:
(1) Copyright Perpetual Asia, Beijing Electric Company IP;
(2) Copyright Perpetual Europe, Johnstone Publishing Company IP;
(3) Copyright Perpetual, HealthiLifer Wellness Club IP.

5. MASTER IMPERIAL COPYRIGHTS FOR AUTHORS

If you produce low-priced items in quantity, items such as newspapers, newspaper articles, magazines, commercial photographs, songs, compact discs, books, or computer software, you are considered an Author by WeMSA Syppac. In that case, you qualify for an Author’s Imperial Master Copyright. This is how an Author’s Imperial Master Copyright works:

The procedure for filing an application is simplicity itself. As the owner of an intellectual property, you will complete the required application and mail it in to the World Morning Star Association.

WeMSA’s Unicore* will perform all necessary processing and issue your Imperial Patent or Copyright which will bear WeMSA’s universal Unicore Number. Along with the issue of your Imperial Patent or Copyright, you will receive the authority to use, in perpetuity, the appropriate insignias with the property.

Except for repeat publications like newspapers, magazines, and news reports, there is never a need to renew your applications.
