We
are grateful for your interest in the services we offer. As a result,
doing business with us brings you, automatically, our ongoing commitment
to protect your privacy and the security of your financial transactions
at our website.

As
an organization, we have chosen to live by the Four Pillars of
the Morning Star. That means you can safely rely on our promises, commitments,
and guarantees. It also means you can confidently do business with us
because, in addition to our unwavering commitment to obeying the laws
of the land, we fully recognize humanity’s inescapable obligations under
Natural Law. We recognize that all humanity answers to a Higher Authority.

WeMSA’s
Privacy and Security Statement explains, under the following four headings,
what we do to protect your privacy and the security of your financial
information:
1. The personal information
we gather.
2. How WeMSA safeguards your information.
3. To what parties we disclose personal information.
4. Your choices regarding privacy.
The Personal Information We Gather
When you apply to become a WeniClean Volunteer, we gather the following: your e-mail address,
your name, and your regular mail address.

2. How WeMSA Safeguards Your Information
When
you make any donation at the WeMSA website, we automatically
convert your source-of-payment information into secure code as it travels
from your computer directly to PayPal, our payment processor. PayPals
security system uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, with a code
key length of 128 bits. The SSL protocol is the maximum security level
currently available to major banks: no one has higher. Note
that WeMSA does not see your source-of-payment information.
The
rest of your confidential information resides in heavily guarded servers,
behind electronic firewalls. Only authorized personnel are permitted access
to client information, and those who have access, fully understand and
respect our commitment to your privacy and the security of your financial
and other information.
Every
WeMSA
employee has committed himself or herself to living
by the Four Pillars.
3.
To What Parties We Disclose Your Information
 |
|
We
disclose your financial information only to the financial institutions that facilitate payments to us from your bank or credit card account.
We give the financial institutions only what is necessary to prove that
you have indeed authorized a specific payment.
We
do not disclose any of your
personal information to other organizations, unless you have specifically
authorized it beforehand. We do not sell or rent our mailing list to outside organizations.
During
the investigation of fraud or illegal activity, we may be compelled by
the courts to disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant,
or similar court order.
4.
